Late Arrival Policy
We love your children however, due to safety and liability concerns children are not permitted in the salon.
We do not offer refunds on services provided, however client satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. You will be invited back to the salon for a consultation to determine what the best course of action is. After 7 days from the date of the appointment the refund policy is null.
Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will not be able to receive the full service and may be asked to reschedule.
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If 48 hours notice is not given, a 50% fee of the service cancelled will be charged to the credit card on file.
