In order to continue providing the best scheduling options for our guests, 48 hours notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the service scheduled will either be charged to the card on file. No-shows and day of cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total.

Stylist pricing varies based on experience, technique and skill level, certifications and guest experience.

Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will not be able to receive the full service and may be asked to reschedule.

We do not offer refunds on services provided, however client satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. You will be invited back to the salon for a consultation to determine what the best course of action is. After 7 days from the date of the appointment the refund policy is null. 

We love your children however, due to safety and liability concerns children are not permitted in the salon.
