Salt & Light Hair Co was born in 2017 with two ideas in mind: how can I scale my business behind the chair and love what I do? Like so many stylists in our industry I was experiencing burnout, working 5 days a week, nights and weekends and not enjoying my job. Not having power over my schedule ended up being the ultimate reason I left my position as a top stylist at my salon to start my own business. Over the next 5 years, I learned how to scale my business and currently work my dream schedule with my dream clientele. And THAT is my ultimate goal for you as a stylist here. 
Our main goal as a salon is to provide an atmosphere where our team members can thrive while achieving their personal and professional goals. I've created a success formula for high achieving stylists to have all the benefits of independence without all the headache. Whether you've been in this industry for 20 years or 2 months we want to help you live your wealthiest and most successful career and life, whatever that means to you.

We are a luxury salon with laid back vibes. What does that mean? It means we provide luxury services and amenities in a laidback environment where candid communication flows and we have FUN.

Our goal is be known as THE salon to go to in Northern Va for custom coloring, blonding services and luxury hair extensions. Our priority is making sure our guests feel loved, valued and that they LOVE their hair.
