Cancellation Policy
We're just going to keep it real. Last minute cancellations significantly impact the livelihood of our service providers. Stylists are compensated on a sales commission system, meaning no client=no income. In order to mitigate loss of income for our service providers, We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the service total will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Childcare
We love your children however, for their safety and the safety of all others in the salon, we do ask that you make child care arrangements during your appointments.
Redo
At Salt + Light Hair Co., exceptional results are the norm. Our team is deeply committed to delivering results and the overwhelming majority of our guests leave loving their hair and their time with us. Your satisfaction is important to us, we genuinely want you to be happy. While we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we do kindly ask that you allow us an opportunity to make it right if you are not totally satisfied with the outcome of your appointment. We promise, you won't hurt our feelings. Please contact us within 7 days of your appointment if you have any concerns and we will invite you back for a private consultation to thoughtfully assess your experience and determine the most appropriate next steps. Concerns shared beyond the 7-day window may no longer be eligible for adjustments. Thank you for placing your trust in our team. Service Fee
A 4% service fee will be added at checkout to support our salon and team. This fee helps us maintain consistent service prices over time and invests in ongoing education, tools, and amenities that enable our stylists to deliver the best possible experience for you.
