Cancellation Policy
We're just going to keep it real. Last minute cancellations significantly impact the livelihood of our service providers. Stylists are compensated on a sales commission system, meaning no client=no income. In order to mitigate loss of income for our service providers, We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the service total will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Late Arrival
To ensure we provide the best possible service to all our guests, we kindly ask that appointments begin on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not have enough time to complete your services without impacting the next guest’s experience. In such cases, the cancellation fee will apply to the scheduled services. Thank you for your understanding and consideration!
Childcare
We love your children however, for their safety and the safety of all others in the salon, we do ask that you make child care arrangements during your appointments.
Redo
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to love your experience with us! While we do not offer refunds on services provided, we encourage you to reach out within 7 days of your appointment if you have any concerns. We’ll invite you back for a consultation to discuss the best way to address your needs. Please note that after 7 days, adjustments or changes may no longer be available. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to ensure you’re happy with your service!
Service Fee:
A 4% service fee will be added at checkout to support our salon and team. This fee helps us maintain consistent service prices over time and invests in ongoing education, tools, and amenities that enable our stylists to deliver the best possible experience for you.
